Yes. You can use multiple devices for collecting data by logging into the same account with multiple devices. This enables you to collect the map data as a team effort.
Note: for one area such as a floor or wing of a floor, it's recommended to use only one device model (you can use many instances of the exact same phone model). This results in more accurate radio signal capture.
