The first fix should be approximately in your location with quite large uncertainty radius. This depends strongly on the mapping quality and the radio environment (Wifi and BLE) at the mapping site. Try different starting positions to get a good picture where the first estimate is working well and where e.g. more mapping or additional beacon installation is required.

After walking for a while (10-30 m), the uncertainty radius should get considerably smaller and the estimate should track your position accurately. If positioning does not seem to work optimally in some areas, please follow the steps in troubleshooting.
