WiFi mapping coverage shows you where there’s enough samples of the WiFi data. There should be enough strong quality observations of a WiFi access point in order for it to be used in positioning.

Some phones may scan the WiFi environment less frequently, which might result in bad WiFi coverage, but that can usually be fixed by colleting more paths.
