How to turn off Location Permission when the user leaves the venue?

For iOS

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Tap Privacy
  3. Tap Location Services
  4. Toggle the switch to On
  5. Scroll down to the GroundSage application
  6. Select Never


For Android - 

For Android 10 or above

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Click on Location
  3. Toggle to switch on Location
  4. Click on App Permission
  5. Scroll down to the GroundSage application
  6. Select DENY


Android 6 or above

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen (to show notification centre) 
  2. Tap on Location icon


Note : This may differ depending on the user’s device manufacturer and operating system version. The user will have to enable Location Permissions again to continue using the App to view crowd density levels within the venue.
