Device and App location permission notification bar
GroundSage App requires the app user’s location information to help the user navigates through the venue and calculate the live crowd density level.
The user can proceed with the following actions :
- If the user agrees to grant the location permission for the App, tap on the notification bar at the bottom of the screen
- The system will redirect the user to the device settings to manually turn on the location permission
Please note that crowd density status and user positioning function will be disabled if the user does not permit the device or App location access

App Bluetooth permission notification bar
GroundSage App requires the app user’s Bluetooth permission to ensure the best positioning performance.
The user can proceed with the following actions :
- If the user agrees to grant Bluetooth permission for the App, tap on the notification bar at the top of the screen.
- The system will redirect the user to the device settings to manually turn on the Bluetooth permission.
Please note that crowd density status and user positioning function will be disabled if the user does not grant the App Bluetooth permission.
Out of coverage notification bar
Data acquisition and crowd density information will only be available for App users who are in the venue’s coverage area. We do not acquire data and release crowd density information to App users who are outside of the venue.
The out-of-coverage notification bar will disappear and crowd density status will be shown after the user has moved to the venue’s coverage area.
